My Story

At a young age, I watched my mom struggle with Crohn's disease. I saw how profoundly food and nutrition impacted her health, energy, and quality of life. From a young age, I took on the responsibility of buying groceries and being a role model for my younger siblings.

That experience planted a seed—I wanted to help people navigate the confusion and overwhelm that comes with managing health through food.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I bring empathy, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity to every session. I offer non-judgmental support to hear your challenges and help you take baby steps toward a healthier you.

Healthy eating is about what works for you and your family—and everyone is welcome here.

My Qualifications:

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
  • California Licensed Dietitian (CDR #86077560)
  • Weight Management Certified (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics)
  • 4 Years of Experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy
